Remodeled ground level studio is surrounded by fenced, landscaped succulent gardens, with a courtyard and water fountain. This space has a kitchenette, private bathroom with walk-in shower & shared laundry room access with storage and ample parking space available.

24-hour home security provided by a German Shepherd. The entire yard and laundry area are shared. Absolutely no illegal drugs or conducting of profit-making business in this non-smoking residence. We may welcome someone with a small dog.

We consider a good credit score, solid household income and rental history essential for consideration.

$2,100/month + utilities (that will include water, trash, gas, electric), deposit & first month’s rent expected.   

A completed application a must.
