Condominium, Single Room with separate bathroom (Shared Housing)

I’m looking for a roommate for the spare room in the condominium I am renting. You’ll need to pass a credit check and put down your own deposit. My lease started in October and I’m looking for a roommate beginning in January. I have a dog, so if you... have one they need to play nice. Oliver is my psychiatric support animal so it’s important that the dogs get along. I will sometimes have my two year old son over, so comfortable with toddlers is a mandatory trait. The condo is non smoking, and a double master. You’ll have your own room and bathroom. It comes furnished with a queen sized bed. I’ll be asking for a $100 refundable deposit for the furniture. I work on campus Monday through Friday and can carpool. Main space has AC. Internet and gas/electricity will be a split expense, they are already setup in my name. The condo has two assigned parking spaces, one for each of us as well as a fitness room and pool. I’ve installed security cameras on the front door and patio.
