Hi! I am out of town for the summer, so my roommates and I are looking for a female subleaser to share a master bedroom with one other roommate in our 2br/2bath apartment just for the summer. This apartment is cozy and cute... , but stays cool during those hot summer months and conveniently has its own pool! You will be living with 2 other girls who are UCSD students, one of whom you will be sharing a bedroom with. This master bedroom includes a regular closet, a walk-in closet, an attached bathroom, and a vanity counter with two sinks (so you will get your own!). You will be provided with a mattress and boxspring, a desk and chair if you would like. You are responsible for bringing your own bedding and any other things you may need. This sublease will be from June 20th 21, 2025 to August 31, 2025, but the start date is somewhat flexible. For June, which will be a partial month, rent will be prorated at the amount of 1/30th of the rent per day.
Overall, we are so excited to share our lovely little apartment with you for a quarter, and look forward to meeting you!
