Really Great Experience!

Alethea, Torin and crew really made this move in experience easy and smooth as possible! Before I even met them, Torin called me to see if I needed any help with application. He helped me complete in a minute, then I ran down to look at the unit. He showed it to me, then suggested an even better one, which I took!
My move was rather sudden, Alethea was sending me emails, which I totally disregarded, to plan out my move in and explain the property. I showed up randomly and had appointments... throughout the day. She was so accommodating. Even though I was in and out and in and out, she made me feel I was her priority.
Since the move in, I see the building manager almost every day! She runs this place as if she owns it. She answers all my questions and emails within an hour or two. And I don’t how she does it, but she smiles ALL DAY!!

Simply the best place to live in San Diego

I moved to Luxury Micro Apartment on 1 of February 2019. It is simply a great place to live. I simply love it so much. The place is simply perfect. I love in fact that they have a coffee machine that we can use it. Marissa and Lea are simply great people. Marissa is a great apartment manager and responsive to residents' needs. She keeps the property in superb condition. She is simply the best and superb! The laundry facilities are also in a great condition. Thank you for all and God bless you!

I love living at Studios435! I love the property, location, and property management team! Marissa, the apartment manager is perfect for this property. She is very attentive and responsive to residents' needs. She keeps the property in great condition, which I truly appreciate! It's a great place to live! The recommendation for this property is to include the laundry facilities in the price of the rent.

I’ve been a resident since March 2019, and I’m loving it! Amazing location, I love the fact that there is a coffee shop right across the street and great breakfast place next door. Also, manager Marissa makes our life so much easier! She is the best!
