Valentia Apartments (SUMMER SUBLEASE)

In need of someone (preferably a student) to summer sublease ASAP.
Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease/add to our lease just for the summer.

Details:
Room is available Finals week (wk of June 9th) - Sept. 10th
We would prefer/are looking for... someone who is a student, identifies as a woman or non-binary and is 18-25.
MUST be LGBT+ friendly.
Looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or vape and is kind, clean and communicative.
-Rent is $1200 per month excluding utilities. Payment is done on a portal that is run through our apartment complex.
-You will have entire primary bedroom, private balcony, walk-in closet and private bathroom to yourself.
- Desk+Chair, floor lamp, reclining chair, and bed is provided. There will be a few things boxed up and left in the corner of the walk-in closet, but it will take up very little space.
-Both myself and our other roommate will be in the apartment over the summer though you will not be sharing a bathroom with us.
-The living room is furnished, we have a couch +dining table & chairs. I will likely be getting a tv soon.
-Our apartment is a 15min walk to UTC, <5 min walk to 204 bus route stop, has its own washing machine/dryer on main balcony in the unit (this is different from the private balcony), and AC. We are also <5 min walk to the North University Community Branch Library and <2 min walk to Nobel Athletic Park.
About me:
I will be going into my 4th year at UCSD double majoring in Visual Arts - Media & Literature in Spanish. I like crocheting, playing frisbee, baking, and really anything artsy.
BTW the photos of the bedroom are from before my roommate moved into her room. This is the room you will be subleasing. But i promise that what I said was provided above will be left in her room.
