2 bedroom apartment for 3 people in La Jolla, Ocean View- Utilities Included

My house is a stunning 3-story (~4200 sq ft) Spanish style home with sweeping views of the ocean and the village of La Jolla. The apartment for rent is on the bottom level of the house, has a 180 degree view of ocean, plus its own large... deck/backyard for private use.

The unit is partially furnished with beds, side tables, dressers for clothes and storage. The unit has a beautiful new kitchenette (also with view of ocean). The house is 3 miles from campus, and a 5 minute walk to the MTS #30, which goes right to UCSD.

I am a professor at UCSD who lives in the top two floors of the house. My lavish living room and full kitchen (both on the middle level of the house) are also available (at no extra cost) as a “shared” space (by request).

I am quiet and respectful and I am looking for people with these same qualities. I am looking to rent the place to three people, two of whom will share one of the bedrooms. I currently have 3 UCSD undergraduates living in the space, graduating in June. They have been amazing tenants, and we have created a sweet community.

This will be a 1-year lease for the 2025 – 2026 school year. Earliest start date = July 1st, 2025, however, the start date is negotiable.
