We just finished remodeling the master bathroom (and plans for the 2nd bathroom and kitchen this summer). Full-size washer/dryer. Lots of street parking or park in the 2 car garage.
One year lease from 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2026. $5800/month includes monthly maid service and landscaping (which helps you get all/majority of your security deposit back). The backyard is furnished with patio furniture, cornhole game, and dye table (the house is unfurnished). Pets are considered but may require additional fees. We like renting to UCSD students and staff (I went to Muir College).
