You absolutely need to tour AMLI Aero with Paris!

The building and amenities are beautiful, yet it was Paris that absolutely sold us on calling Aero home! My husband and I toured twice, and for each appointment Paris spent just as much time as we needed to select the perfect unit. She's a clear standout against a typical agent many of us are probably more faimilar with. I'm so appreciative of her willingess to not only adapt tours, but completely tailor unit suggestions on a whim based on our needs. She is a gem and was absolutely on it! We're... looking forward to moving in, and will update this review after settling in for any other prospective tenants who may want more details!

What a place !! Paris is a class act leasing agent!

Toured Amli Aero in the Kearny Mesa area. Amazing property with high-end bells and whistles. Was toured by leasing agent Paris who represented the property well. She is Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, very professional and accommodating. Paris followed up with me to made sure I knew how to complete my application. I recommend her to anyone looking for the perfect apartment home at this new property. I chose the penthouse.. she sold me!

Amazing apartments, even more amazing staff

To start off ALL the apartments themselves are amazingly designed, all with top shelf, state of the art appliances. We loved every apartment we toured and they were all very spacious. We ended up settling for a 2br, 2 bathroom and we couldn’t be happier.
We couldn’t have done it without Paris and the staff though. Paris was very sweet, patient, and most importantly informative and professional. If you’re thinking of checking this place out (which I recommend you do) ask for Paris as she’ll make... the whole process, and your life, a lot easier.
To top it off the amenities could not be any better. Huge heated pool, large hot tub, brand new pool table, amazing gym, and the biggest poolside tv screen I’ve ever seen at an apartment complex with a surround sound. All on the 9th floor rooftop of this incredible building. Felt like I was the new arrival on the new season of love island.

great apartments and Paris is one of the most awesome leasing agents there

We ended up not have a chance to live in this property due to work relocation issues. However, I am extremely impressed by Paris’ enthusiasm. She is caring and tried her best to give us one extra parking for free for one of the 1b1.5b setup. She also showed us the soundproof by literally walking upstairs and stomping above us to show the great soundproof over the ceiling. This is a little bit expensive for sure but I can see that every dollar worth its value. If not because of work relocation,... I’ll definitely move in immediately. Overall, superior amenities and best leasing agents. Great location to grab convoy food too!
