Apartment near UTC area, walkable to trolley station (Shared Housing)

There are 2 bedrooms and 4 people in this apartment (including you), meaning that you will be sharing your room with another person. Total rent for the unit (including utilities) sums up to about ~$4000 per month, so each person contributes ~$1000... per month. The lease is 12 months long and begins on August 1st.

Apartment has furnished kitchen with functioning stove/oven, fridge, microwave, sink w/ disposal, cabinet space, and a dishwasher (although none of the current tenants use it, so we are unsure how good it is). There are 2 bathrooms, but the tenants have agreed to use the bathroom closest to our rooms, meaning that you will mostly be using only 1 of the bathrooms (you can use the other one if you have to). The living room has a dining table, a TV (we have subscriptions to streaming services everyone is allowed to use), and a couch. Washers and dryers are available inside the unit. There is a balcony, but it is rather small. There is no heating or cooling, but the weather is usually nice, so it is not really needed.

Community features include a gym (complete with free weights, machines, punching bags, and cardio), pools, BBQ/grilling spaces, and occasional community events. There is also a printing room, but you have to bring your own paper. Guest parking is available for everyone, but private parking behind a gate is available if you register your car. Bike racks are also available.

Location is next to UTC, which also means that it is close to the MTS Blue Line trolley station that takes you to UCSD (it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the station, and about 5 minutes for the trolley to reach UCSD). The apartment itself is on the second floor, but there are easily accessible elevators.
