Erika and Joe are the best team of manager and maintenance anyone can get. They are both nice, empathetic, caring and they are like that for everyone who lives here. I don't know, but they have many people who could be critical and they manage to provide that same overwhemlable happy attitude when dealing with all the residents. I do not know how they do it. Thank you Joe and Erika.

Staff are knowledgeable Erika the manager is fabulous. Joe works like nobodies business, and Joe, the maintenance man knows his business like the back of his hand. The amenities that are advertised are well-kept, no broken down things around here, everything works and works well. There is nothing that the staff here does not do to keep the residents happy. They take care of all their responsibilities, and quickly I must add. The apartments upon move in are like new, you would never think that this place was built a long time ago. The grounds are so well maintained, I don't think I've seen a plant that doesn't look like it comes from a showroom. Just as the apartments look like they are straight out of a showroom.
