This is an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. We are close to all of the luxuries of La Jolla and San Diego. Next to U.C.S.D. is the largest shopping mall in San Diego. Both are within walking distance. The beach is five minutes away. This is a 5 bedroom / 4 bath house with all modern amenities. There are 3 levels of this house with the top level dedicated to tenants bedrooms. Please look at the pictures provided as there is much to see. The kitchen and laundry are state-of-the-art. In our home we only rent 3 of the 5 rooms so there is always plenty of space to live comfortably. The entire house including the bedrooms is furnished. Enjoy reading/ studying in our French sitting room. On the middle level you can watch a 77" surround sound TV in our contemporary style living room.
