Boardwalk Condominiums, Close to Campus, Ralphs, Trolley

Hello, I’m Aneesh; I’m a fourth year undergraduate UCSD student. We’re looking for 1-2 new roommates to occupy the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. The rent is $2010 as a single, and $1005 as a double, but it is negotiable. It comes with a... private bathroom as well.

The location is in Boardwalk Condominiums—across the street from La Jolla Village Square, which contains grocery stores like Ralph’s and restaurants like Chipotle and Cava. The bus stops for the 30, 201, and 41 lines are a short walk away, and campus is about 10 minutes away via bike or scooter. The complex itself includes a game room, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

I usually keep to myself, and I like to do my best to keep the apartment clean. I’m preferably looking for roommates who are also UCSD students or recent graduates, and I’m open to co-ed housing. Let me know if you’d like to know more!
