Christina’s Homestay with other students; safe neighborhood near UCSD

I have had homestay students from all over the world for the last 20 years. I have one bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony and two bedrooms which share a bathroom. One of these two bedrooms will be available July 1 2025. Wi-Fi, utilities,... full use of the kitchen and laundry are included. Shared refrigerator and freezer. I give my students a ride to school in the morning. Easy access to public transportation. I have a cat who stays downstairs with me. No smoking, no drunken behavior, no overnight guests allowed. House rules: all quiet from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with some exceptions. Check it out!
