We are a single family home offering rooms for rent to students, PhD students, visiting scholars, etc The room available is $1,100 per month. It includes a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, tv and WiFi. All bed linens are provided. There... is a bathroom with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. I offer a continental breakfast (yogurt, cereals, bagels, muffins, croissants and fruits) 7 days a week and a hot dinner Monday-Friday except holidays. There is a refrigerator provided if you would like to keep things, for yourself, in the garage. There are usually fresh baked cookies or cakes to help yourself to. A washer and dryer is available for your use.once a week. Detergent and softener is provided. We have a small dog. She is very friendly and everyone loves her.
