Hello! My name is Olivia, I’m 21, and I’m an undergrad transfer student who has been at UCSD for one year now. I have 2 bedrooms opening in my apartment near UTC.

The apartment is 3 single bedrooms (unfurnished), 1.5 baths... , located near Genesee Ave and Nobel Dr. It’s a ~15 minute walk to UTC and the trolley station, and it overlooks a park with a lovely green space and trees, so it’s very safe and peaceful here. The 12-month lease would begin on September 1st. In terms of pricing, it would be roughly $1275 for rent, plus utilities/wifi.

A bit about me: I’m studying Mechanical Engineering, but I love to fill my free time with lots of creative hobbies, like drawing, playing guitar, and cooking. I’m someone who values sticking to my routine, staying organized, and finding some quiet time at the end of the day--but I enjoy a little bit of fun here and there too, so I’m always up for chill dinner parties and movie nights with friends!
