Las Palmas Condo (Shared Housing)

Great place. We are very fortunate to have a landlord that is charging under market value for this area. Right across the street from a vons and multiple places to grab food. 2-3 minute walk from a bus stop that goes straight to campus. In unit... washer/dryer. Full kitchen with refigerator/freezer. Electric stove with an oven and microwave. AC does work but we prefer not to use it to reduce utility fees. Neighborhood is mostly families / working adults with a decent amount of students. I'm a graduate student looking to fill empty slots from previous tenants graduating. I'm looking for mostly clean roommates (the occasional mess is understandable). We have one single open that will be about 1200-1300 before utilities, and one master bedroom with a private bathroom that would be ~2000 before utilities (if used as a single).
