Welcome to Vantaggio Little Italy! Our units come fully furnished, but unfurnished units are available upon request. All utilities, gym, and laundry facilities access are included in the rent! Feel free to email us or visit us in person between 9... am and 5 pm. We are open every day, no appointment needed! We are located in the heart of Little Italy, a very charming and trendy neighborhood lined with sidewalk cafes, numerous restaurants, and bars. The Wednesday & Saturday Farmers’ Markets and the Piazza della Famiglia with live music and free events are close by for your enjoyment.
I've lived at Vantaggio for over 2 years now, and I must say that I have no complaints. The staff here are really special. For example, a few weeks ago, my refrigerator was acting up and I asked for it to be repaired. When I came home the same day, I had a brand new refrigerator in my apartment! The area is great, with endless restaurants and stores, and a huge biweekly farmers market and monthly art show one block away! My apartment is quiet, and I have a nice view.

can't beat the price for the heart of san diego !
great staff ,good views, a water fountain next door access to many of San Diego's great museums and trolley service, parking might be an issue for some, but other than that perfect!

Decent
I enjoy living here, there’s a big kitchen downstairs that’s easy to cook in, a gym, laundry and all the staff is friendly. I’ve been here almost a year and haven’t made any complaints.

horrible
Everything is outdated. If you don’t live on the 4th floor. You will never be able to get peace .. the floors/walls are super thin
