I could say so much about this place so I’ll make it a short as I can. Soon move in we were told that parking spaces were in construction and would be finished within a month or two of moving in so we had to park on the street where MULTIPLE cars have been damaged from other vehicles hitting them and ten months later they lot still wasn’t finished. The place was flooded and management did nothing. The apartment next to us had a homeless person literally somehow dig a hole through into their... bathroom. More construction to the building was started and another apartment had the fan fall from the bed room ceiling. The electricity went out multiple times for days and Managment wouldn’t reimburse certain things. Appliances needed servicing and they said it was our responsibility. An apartment still had personal household items in it and they have construction workers inside of the house to open the wall to make an entrance to a small porch and it’s just blocked with a board and when we got to the house they left the door wide open over the weekend when they gate code(that also got changed with the access to our place with a day notice) will be open along with the back area open for anyone to walk in. This place is definitely somewhere I would NEVER recommend to anyone to live.

This is not for someone who works nights. RUN AWAY! This apartments are underconstruction as well as road. Very loud!!!! Parking space is not available, yet. So, someone stole my sons vehicle (parked on the street) :[ , my apartment does not have window screen in any window :(. Contacted the office & did not care anout this issue. Be prepare not get your mail for months, possible year due to new construction. The post office & the apartments complex blame each other and nothing gets result. Of... course, my rent gets pay on time. I can't wait for my contract to end!!!

The complex provides one parking spot per unit and there is plenty of street parking for a second car or guests. The manager and staff are not always easy to reach, so you need to be assertive if you need something.
There are a couple issues with these apartments. Almost all the bedrooms are placed right next to Clairemont Mesa Blvd., so you will hear a lot of traffic noise if you open your window. There is no air conditioning either so this isn't a great place to live during summer time....
Overall, not bad for the price but there are less noisy areas for the same price.
