Looking for a Roommate for a 2B/2B near UTC.

Hey!

I am looking for a roommate to move into one of the Lucera apartments with me, located just a 5-minute drive from UTC. The condo features a pool, hot tub, tennis court, a small gym, BBQ area, and available parking within the premises. The... apartment is a 2B2B on the first floor, has AC, in unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, a patio, and comes with one roofed parking spot assigned to it.

The current rent is $3,200, which we would split two ways. We would also share the costs of internet and electricity. Please note that the rent might slightly increase once the contract is renewed.
I am looking for someone who is clean and orderly in the common spaces and wants to move in starting March. I have a preference for graduate students, but that's not essential.

A little bit about me: I am studying a PhD in Economics at UCSD, I stay most of the day on campus and come home late. When I am at home I mostly keep to my room. I am clean, personabble and a good communicator, and I am looking for a person with those same characteristics. Also, I have harmless reptiles in my room that stay locked up in their enclosures, so you will never see them unless you ask me to take them out.
