I am staying here over 3 years and I found the leasing office and maintenance group are super helpful and friendly. They are very nice group of people to begin with. Lovely community, the refurbished apartment rent is little high though!

Nobel Court has a great location, but the buildings need an upgrade. Also, if you need to a quiet place to sleep, or work remotely, there is too much noise (day and night) at this place.

I have had a below average experience at Nobel Court and do not consider this complex to be “luxury apartments” whatsoever. I like my individual apartment, but common areas are always a mess, and things in common areas are not fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Nobel Court is La Jolla gem. It checks a lot of boxes for me like unbeatable location, nice amenities and gorgeous completely renovated units, beautiful landscape and last but not least are the people who work very hard every day to make sure we, the residents, are taken a great care of…The management team Zinnia and Tatyana are amazing and run this place like clockwork. Great leasing agents and maintenance team are always on standby to help you. I give this place 5 stars!!!
