With a separate garden entry this tiny home is perfect for anyone seeking privacy and a place to call their own. With full length curtains on all doors and windows and an open floorplan and tall ceilings, the home is roomy with distinct living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining, workspace, and a bathroom separated by an interior pocket door. The kitchen is well-equipped to store, prepare, and serve food, and the space offers two sideboards and a large wardrobe to shelve and hang clothing and belongings. Included is a Smart TV (50”), Bluetooth stereo speaker, wi-fi, gas heating, ceiling fan and tower fan.
The raised platform bedroom area is accessible using a pull-down ladder that unfolds and meets the floor. When not in use the ladder folds back up to leave the “downstairs” unobstructed. The platform itself has space on the immediate sides of the queen size 8” gel memory foam bed, and includes a small nightstand with a table light, small fan and electrical outlets. The platform allows ample space to comfortably sit in bed and move around. It feels fun up there, a bit like being in a treehouse overlooking the city (great city scape views of downtown and surrounding neighborhoods).
Stepping outside is a long wooden deck that includes a large table, seating and BBQ for cooking outside. The garden has additional seating areas, as well as numerous fruit trees and vines including fig, lemon, avocado, grape, and banana, among many other plants. The property is solar powered.
Available for monthly single occupancy (preferred) starting April, 2025. Monthly rent is $1900 utilities included. A rental application is required for anyone interested, followed by a rental agreement defining the rental period. A one-month refundable security deposit is required.
Located within walking distance of public transportation, two trolley lines (blue and orange), as well as bus lines.
