The unit is in the La Jolla/UTC area across the street from a Vons grocery store and several restaurants/shops. It is also ~8 min drive to UTC mall and ~5 min drive to the trolley station.
The 201 bus stop is right across the street which will take you to UCSD in about 10/15 minutes (it's a prime location for taking the bus to school bc there is always room on the bus at this stop). 202 bus stop is ~3 min walk away which will bring you back home from school.
Available: August 16th (must sign onto lease which runs through the end of June 2026).
Rent: $1450/month + utilities/wifi
Other amenities: Condo complex with 2 swimming pools in a quiet, walkable neighborhood

About us:
Aly (25): I'm currently a full-time undergrad senior at UCSD studying Visual Arts-Media and ICAM Music and working remotely part-time. I like to hang out with friends, hike, do crafts/make art, occasionally play instruments and mess around on Ableton, go thrifting, go to music festivals/concerts as much as possible, and of course go to the beach.
Avi(28): Bit of an early bird. Work full time. I like to tan, go to the beach, and workout when I can.
Max(7): just a small dog that likes to tan on the patio, loves to cuddle and receive compliments
We: like to host from time to time we do make sure that we aren’t too loud or that the party goes into the late night.
