Room with half bath and shared full bath Townhome (Shared Housing)

I am looking for someone to replace me in a room inside a townhouse starting July 1 since I am moving out of the state.
Your room would be on the second floor. You will share the house with two males who live on the third floor. Washer and Dryer are... shared by all 3 housemates, and are available in the garage within the house. Kitchen would be next to your room, and is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.
The room itself is about 200 sq feet. You also have a half bathroom of your own on the first floor, and would share the full bathroom with one of the male housemates upstairs.
The room itself has no furniture apart from a bed. However there are multiple unused tables and chairs in the common living spaces, you are free to use them and move them.
Parking space is available if needed.
The house is quiet, I have not faced any pests/ noise/ safety issues in the one year that I lived here.
It is located within 5 min walk of UCSD grad housing and MTS bus stop. The housemates rarely use the kitchen, which has also been a comfortable aspect for me personally. The common areas including living room, kitchen and balcony are quite spacious.
It is necessary that any tenant moving into the unit should come and see the house and meet the housemates to finalize their stay. There is no application fee to see the house.
The landlord is approachable and lease will be transferred to your name once confirmed. Please keep in mind that the landlord usually increases the rent by 5 percent each year.
