Really Great Experience!
Alethea, Torin and crew really made this move in experience easy and smooth as possible! Before I even met them, Torin called me to see if I needed any help with application. He helped me complete in a minute, then I ran down to look at the unit. He showed it to me, then suggested an even better one, which I took! My move was rather sudden, Alethea was sending me emails, which I totally disregarded, to plan out my move in and explain the property. I showed up randomly and had appointments throughout the day. She was so accommodating. Even though I was in and out and in and out, she made me feel I was her priority. Since the move in, I see the building manager almost every day! She runs this place as if she owns it. She answers all my questions and emails within an hour or two. And I don’t how she does it, but she smiles ALL DAY!!
