2nd Bedroom (single): $1500/month + utilities
2nd Bedroom (double): $750/month + utilities

Master Bedroom has its own private bathroom.

There is a security deposit of one month's worth of rent.

Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, fridge, WIFI, patio, private tennis court, pool, jacuzzi, barbeque area. There are two covered parking spots and additional street parking.
