Construction makes your apartment unlivable, but the real problem is the way they treat people.

Company does a decent job maintaining the common areas such as pools, the problem is that the apartments are overpriced and are in overall poor condition. I’m an existing resident for approximately 1 year now and my apartment has had issues after issues. This includes broken washer, leaking ceiling, broken refrigerator… Issues started once I moved in, with dirty carpet and it has been a persistent issue. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease. This is not a luxury apartment complex as... advertised.

I would suggest not considering this community, if you prefer a respectable resident service, dirt-free, noise free, comfortable living environment - Worst Resident Services in LA Jolla.
The resident services have no respect for residents and their family, especially families with babies
The constructions and repair schedule in the buildings keep on extending all through 2022 and most of 2023. The disturbance, noise, dirt, construction vehicles has made the area not suitable to move around.
If... the resident asks to do something about noise and the toll it's taking on the Resident's mental health, they are brushed off from the office and not given any chance to speak about their grievances.

I have been living here for a year and my lease is ending and I am moving out. Starting with the positives, the community has good amendities for the price range and they are all very useful. The maintenance team is professional. plenty of parking from my experience. Very walkable place and is close to most of the places. This will be a great place to live if they don't start changing things without letting their tenants know what exactly are they doing. The down side is the construction. The... other reviews are very accurate, dust and debri everywhere and the noise is too load that I feel uncomfortable with all windows shut. Vibrations also make you feel that the building is shaking. Rennovations are good but it should be a courtesy to let the residents know what is happening. My building's construction actually took place for more than 5 months and there are just random big noise every day that gives me heart attacks. The leasing office team used to be very nice but when the new team of staff came they become rude. They are getting better now with another new team but time will prove.
After all I recommend touring this place multiple times during the weekdays to experience the construction. Note that this construction is only started so there are years to go for it to be fully completed. Don't sign everything without fully reading them like I did. There are some tricky parts on the documents they give you.
