We have not had a working microwave for over two months. Maintenance is extremely unresponsive—emails and follow-ups are often ignored. When we did finally get an explanation, we were told there is only one maintenance person for the entire property and more than 130 open tickets, which explains why both our microwave and an electrical breaker have gone unfixed.
The building manager explicitly told us that it’s normal to be without a microwave for over two months and that we should not expect... any rent credit.
The dog area is also consistently disgusting. Every time we pass by it, there is dog poop left behind and the smell is overwhelming. If you move here, make sure your unit is nowhere near it.
Before signing a lease, walk the property and talk to current residents - you’ll hear the same complaints. Management is understaffed, unresponsive, and unwilling to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else.

These "luxury" aparyments are anything but luxury. Pools are currently filthy and a potential health hazard due to seagull droppings and animal carcasses. Cars are covered in seagull droppings and dogs bark all night. I think management may not know how to use a phone or computer as commincation is non existant (gym ans work space randomly closed one day for 3 months for a remodel and no-one was informed or compensated). Stay away folks, its not worth your hard earned money!

I set an appointment for a tour through their website online and it was confirmed. When I arrive I’m told by a security guard that happened to show up that they’re on break for an hour, the entire duration of my tour… Imagine traveling from a far location for an appointment that was CONFIRMED with no one showing up…

Everything in apartments and outside are really old like all the appliances, doors, windows and so on. Gazillions of seagulls are everywhere in pools and on the roofs.
Management really reluctant to do any fixes - if you use app to make a request you can forget about it immediately if you go to the leasing center and demand something probably will happen.
You can forget about deposit the next day you paid it. Doesn't matter how big it was they always find enough dirty stains and scratches... somewhere under a sink to keep it all.

The management is absolutely horrible. They are rude and do not respond half the time. The water is almost always going through an 'emergency shut off'. The apartment we live in is out not updated which is fine, except we pay the same price as those in an updated apartment. They recently raised our rent 7%. Food trucks taking up handicap parking spots and parked with loud generators right outside your windows are a weekly occurrence. Loud music coming from the pool is a daily occurrence and goes... on for hours on end. Want to spend a nice sunday studying? Sorry. Want to chill by the pool and listen to your own music or read? Sorry. Bottom line, they have set up this complex like a freshman dorm when many of the residents are working people or families. For the price we pay, a little respect would be lovely.

Whose genius idea was it to put a dog kennel right next to apartments and mailboxes...It smells.
