A housemate and I are looking to sublease our rooms for the Spring Quarter (March 22 - June 15ish). The townhouse is a spacious three floor unit located near the intersection of Regents Road and La Jolla Village Drive. It’s around a 5-10 min... drive away from the UCSD campus, a block from the UTC Mall, and 3-5 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop (bus to campus takes ~10mins). We are offering a single room on the third floor which is furnished w/ own balcony.

Here are some key details about the townhouse:

• There’s a kitchen, 2 ½ bathrooms (1 of which is in the master bedroom), living room, dining room, two car garage, in-house washer and dryer.

• Rec Center (pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts)

• Rent: ~$1,300 (third floor single room) and ~$1,600 (master bedroom)

• Utilities:

• Internet (split evenly)
