I've been living here for 4 years and everything is well kept and if you ask for something to be fixed they will do it as fast as possible.

Great Service

I lived at the property for 2 years and sadly had to leave. The property is well kept. The inside of the units really make you feel that you are truly home. The Manager is so helpful and attentive I have never had a manager that care's about her residents. The Maintance staff is always so pleasant. If I get relocated back to San Diego and Cara is the Manager I will be moving back here. If I could give 10 stars I would. She has great communication and goes over everything in detail.

Awesome Place to live

The renovations the new owners have done are amazing the management is on site and they are on top of everything. Having maintance on property is a plus!!!! The property is always clean and they are updating the property everyday. This place is top notch and I recommend any one looking in this area to move here. The community is wonderful and tranquil. 5 star for sure......

Living at LaJolla Park West

I am a long time resident and the reason is it's a good place to live
The grounds, halls and entrance are all kept very clean and neat.
The residents are quiet, not disruptive of other residents and that is
due to the good work of Lupita, the manager. She is always aware of
what is happening in the complex and if someone has an issue she will
take care of it. She is always there to take questions or anything one might
need help with.
If there is an issue with a maintenance... problem Jose is very quick to
resolve it.

Good Management

I have lived at this complex for almost a year and absolutely love living here. The manager Is very professional and works very hard to ensure all residents have a wholesome wonderful experience in this lovely peaceful complex. The only reason you would have an issue with the manager is if you are not following the rules or not respecting other residents. The manager takes her position very seriously and follows the rules exactly. She has to be very consistent with following the rules to ensure... all residents has a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience at this complex. I feel the manager does her job very well and I enjoy living here. My family owns many apartment complexes in multiple states and so I have a higher level of expectation for management of apartment complexes and condominium complexes and find the manager to be exceptional and professional! I love living here because I know this complex is very well ran and cared for.
