We have loved living in this complex. Unfortunately, we will be moving out due to a growing household. It was wonderful living here for the past 1.5 years. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Maintenance and repairs were always completed in a timely manner. Community areas are always clean and well kept. Being close to multiple parks, beaches, grocery stores and shopping is also a major bonus. They were renovating when we first moved in, but they have completed the majority of apartments in our building and things have returned to quiet and peaceful. We have never had a problem with our neighbors and most everyone looks out for one another. It is also a great convenient place to have a dog as they have beautiful grassy lawns and multiple dog parks near by!
